Small Group Meeting „Workplace Coaching“ of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP)

30 coaching researchers from all over Europe (Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Latvia, Netherlands, UK) came together both at Media University in Berlin and online for a hybrid meeting dedicated to advancing the science and practice of workplace coaching.

The meeting, taking place from Dec. 9 to Dec. 11, was organized by Prof. Dr. Silja Kotte (Media University Frankfurt), Dr. Gil Bozer (Israel), Prof. Dr. Carolin Graßmann (Berlin), and Dr. Yi-Ling Lai (UK). The meeting included two inspiring keynotes by Prof. Tatiana Bachkirova (UK) and Prof. Niels van Quaquebeke (Germany), 21 paper presentations as well as workshops and discussion sessions.

These were inspiring three days, presenting and sharing latest findings, discussing recent and future trends and incubating ideas for future collaboration in workplace coaching. Thanks to EAWOP, the DBVC, Media University and all participants for making the meeting so successful!
