Psychology has been experiencing a real boom in recent years - many companies have recognised that psychological know-how is essential for a lively management culture and the economic success of a company.
As a result, the demand for corresponding training programmes is increasing rapidly. Professional associations criticise the fact that many training centres rely on non-specialist staff to meet this demand.
