Customer Experience in Gastronomy

The development of a landing page for the Kreuzberg restaurant Soup Guerilla demonstrates how digital transformation can be applied in an exemplary way. The goal of the project was to develop a product in the sense of human-centered design and in collaboration with the restaurant that not only simplifies customer processing for the owners, but above all optimizes the experience for the guests.

Through the landing page, guests can view the menu, pre-order food and drinks, learn about regional ingredients, and then pick up the food on-site without waiting.



In the theoretical part of her bachelor thesis, Martha Harms examines the potential and risks of digitization, particularly with regard to the customer experience.
