Background
Mathias Riedel, business psychologist, trained actor, senior coach and teaching trainer (DCV); owner of the Institution for Creative Coaching and founder of consulting firm RIEDELBERATUNG.
Mathias leads mindfulness-based achtsamkeitsbasierte training and development courses for coachs who want to learn creative methodologies. His clients come from middle and senior management positions and are receiving coaching sessions on empathy and emotional intelligence.
As a supervisor (DGSV*) and consultant he supports organisations through change processes.
