Selina Ellerich (B.A. Graphic Design and Visual Communication dual) at the Cologne campus and Lisa Hauptvogel (B.A. Graphic Design and Visual Communication) at the Berlin campus won this year's media scholarship with partners UN-Dekade Biologische Vielfalt Deutschland (United Nations Decade on Biodiversity).
Justin Reichelt (M.A. Business Psychology) and Paula Lou Riebschläger (M.A. Convergent Journalism) at the Berlin campus and Giulia Pieper and Julia Bettermann at the Cologne campus are the winners of the HMKW media scholarship in cooperation with Deutsche AIDS-Stiftung (German AIDS Foundation).
