Samrina Jafrin is a research assistant at HMKW Berlin, where she currently supports the Strategic foresight for Sustainability (SF4S) Erasmus+ projects and plan to work on her PhD. Prior to that, Samrina Jafrin awarded DAAD scholarship and completed her master’s degree in Sustainable Development Management from the Rhine Waal University of Applied Science, Germany. She also completed her (MBA) and (BBA) in Marketing from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
She did her internship from United Nations University (UNU), Bonn. She also worked as a Sustainability and Impact Measurement Specialist in Grameen Creative Lab Germany where she worked on researching and developing impact measurement framework for social businesses and tracking impact of different programs. Samrina started her career as a Young Professional, in the management trainee program of BRAC (the largest NGO in the world now). Later she worked in BRAC Education Program, a social enterprise, and looked after the marketing functions and business development. She worked as a freelance consultant with Nielsen and Kantar Millward Brown for Qualitative research projects.
