HMKW becomes part of the European university network ADE

With immediate effect HMKW joins the university network of the French group AD Education. ADE is an association of French, Italian and Spanish universities with a total of more than 15,000 students.

So far, the ADE network consists of 13 universities at 36 locations. The cooperating universities mainly offer courses of study in the fields of design, communication, art and culture. Among them is the renowned École de Condé (based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, etc.), which specializes in product design, fashion design, illustration, photography and animation, among other subjects. HMKW would now also like to enrich the network with its extensive and high-quality teaching offer and hopes to gain many positive impulses for its own research and teaching by cooperating with universities from France, Italy and Spain.

In connection with the cooperation there are also personnel changes at HMKW: Mr. Ameir Jillab resigns from his office as HMKW managing director and university chancellor Prof. Dr. Ronald Freytag will be his successor.
