The concept of transmedia storytelling was developed by the U.S. media scholar and professor Henry Jenkins to scientifically grasp the ‘storyverses’ of big fictional franchises, such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The concept can, however, also be used to design and plan modern corporate communication campaigns as this lecture will argue and demonstrate at many examples.
